Vaia Summer Fellowship 2026

The Vaia Summer Fellowship returned in 2026 as a three-month immersive program, with a cohort again selected from more than 300 applications.

As in 2025, fellows are embedded in Vaia's practice and contribute to live investment, sustainability, and product work.

The 2026 cohort draws from some of India's top colleges, such as Ashoka University, as well as universities abroad and other leading institutions.

Fellows sit inside live engagements rather than a training simulation: due-diligence support, portfolio research, model evaluation, and the sustainability reporting workflows Vaia runs for clients. The scope widens with the caseload each cohort walks into, so no two fellowships look identical.

The format is deliberately unchanged: real work, close mentorship, and exposure to how Vaia combines advisory judgement with its AI platform. What changes year to year is the caseload the cohort walks into and the mix of institutions it is drawn from.

The fellowship draws people who want to sit at the intersection of markets, sustainability, and applied AI, and who learn fastest by doing the real job alongside people who do it every day.
