Shruthi Cauvery Joins HerKey's Women's Day Power Table

Shruthi Cauvery, Founder and Partner of Vaia, joined HerKey's Women's Day Power Table, an intimate gathering of founders, investors, and women leaders designed to create space for candid conversation and meaningful connections. Hosted at The Leela Palace Bengaluru, at Le Cirque, the gathering brought together women shaping companies and industries across different sectors.

HerKey (formerly JobsForHer) works on women's participation and progression in the workforce. Unlike a large conference or public panel, the Power Table format encouraged smaller conversations and direct exchanges of experience.

For women building and leading organisations, communities such as these can play an important role beyond traditional networking. Entrepreneurship can often be isolating, and access to peers who understand the challenges of leadership, fundraising, growth, and decision-making can be as valuable as access to formal mentorship.
