Vaia and Hack2skill: Co-organising the Agentic AI Residency

Hack2skill is a global innovation-enablement platform that designs and runs hackathons, accelerators, and talent programs with technology companies, ecosystems, and governments. It brings the operational machinery that a program at national scale needs: outreach, applications, logistics, and community.

Hack2skill is the co-organiser of the Vaia Agentic AI Residency Program: a zero-equity builder programme in Bengaluru offering mentorship, AI and cloud credits, and hands-on product building. Applications closed on 31 October 2025.

Vaia owns the technical substance: the curriculum, the problem statements drawn from real investment, due diligence, and sustainability work, and the mentorship. Hack2skill runs the funnel and the operations, which is how the program reaches strong engineers across the country rather than only those already in Vaia's orbit.
